What Do You Do?
—Creating a Powerful Response to the Inevitable Question

When you meet someone and they ask the inevitable question, “What do you do?” what is your response? Do you answer with a label, such as “I’m a realtor” or “I’m a consultant”? Most often the reaction to this kind of statement will be “Oh, that’s nice”, and then silence.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could say something that piques their interest and brings a spark to their eyes? A few well-chosen sentences that will help them realize that “This is something that could help me, or may benefit someone I know?”
A well-worded 30-Second Commercial and a more detailed Elevator Speech will do just that. In this month’s program Sandy Abell will guide you as you create your own powerful response to the inevitable question.
Sandy Abell is a Certified Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, author, educator, speaker and owner of Inside Jobs Coaching Company, who has been in practice in Southern Oregon for 20 years.
She specializes in working with women business owners who want to make a profit and have fun in the process. Her focus is on your success as you improve your business, accomplish your goals and maximize your potential in every aspect of your life.

Please submit your reservation request (phone or online) by 9:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6th. Reservations made after this cutoff date cannot be guaranteed. Dinner cancellations must also be received by that date or you will be responsible for payment of the uncancelled dinner.
