The Social Media for Small Business workshop series will cover how to create social media accounts and engage customers. Each session will cover a separate social media platform, including Instagram on Tuesday, March 3; Facebook on Tuesday, April 7; LinkedIn on Tuesday, May 5; and Twitter on Tuesday, May 12. All workshops take place from 12 noon–1:00 p.m. at the Medford Library.
Business owners can learn how to leverage Google Drive tools in a series of classes, including Intro to Google Drive on Tuesday, March 24; Collaboration in Google Drive on Tuesday, April 28; and Advanced Tools in Google Drive on Tuesday, May 26. Each class in the series will take place from 8:00–9:00 a.m. at the Medford Library.
Grow with Google: Get Your Business Online will introduce participants to Google My Business, a free tool for local businesses who wish to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Participants will get hands-on help creating or updating your business profile or a simple website. The workshop will take place on Friday, May 15 from 12:00–1:30 p.m. at the Medford Library.
