Every spring, WESO hosts a combined trade fair and networking event to help you discover the extraordinary variety of entrepreneurs in the Rogue Valley. WESO offers this special event to share what its members and other local business owners have to offer. It’s also a great networking and shopping opportunity. And women, men and families are welcome!
This year, our event will be on March 8, 2018, (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and will be held at the Inn at the Commons, 200 N. Riverside Dr, Medford. (attendee parking map)
Businesses represented range from gift items to office support to food items, jewelry, wellness products, and much more. Come explore the exhibits and find out more about this vibrant community group.
Prize drawings throughout the evening make this event truly exciting.

This event also benefits Community Works - Dunn House Shelter which provides a safe refuge and support services for women and children to help them escape from domestic or sexual abuse, stalking, trafficking and date violence. Click here to learn more.
You can be a part of this annual event! Both members AND non-members can be exhibitors. It's your chance to network, show your stuff, make new contacts, and make sales. And, it's a lot of fun!

In addition to a vendor/exhibitor space, you'll have many opportunities to advertise your business at the event.
Prize Baskets: You can donate items to our MANY prize baskets. Merchandise samples, promotional items, gift cards, gift certificates, desk items or other items useful to business people are great choices. Your donations are publicized at the event, in our monthly e-mail, and on our web site for the next year.
Gift Bags: Want to have a big impact with small items? At no extra cost, vendor/exhibitors can donate “goodies,” coupons, or other small items/samples for gift bags that attendees receive at the door (100 items/coupons are needed for the bags).
Can’t fit a vendor/exhibitor table into your schedule? For the small fee of $20, you can donate items/coupons for the gift bags. You get business advertising to the first 100 attendees who come to the event!
