Women Entrepreneurs and the Disproportionate Impact in Covid

Speaker: Tiffany Castagno

Women have been disproportionately impacted by COVID as compared to men. Female workforce participation has already dropped to 57%—the lowest level since 1988, according to the National Women’s Law Center.

What does that mean for you? How can you show up for yourself, your fellow woman, and create winning strategies to make sure women continue to break down barriers to entry into the workplace, re-entry into the workplace, and shine in Entrepreneurship?

Let's talk about how we can best support each other and celebrate women's achievements while uplifting one another. Bring your favorite snack/beverage, your Shine, your ideas, and cozy in for a healthy discussion!
