Reset & Rise: Conquering Burnout with Resilience

Brie Valletto will help us to identify the impact that overwhelm has on us and empower individuals to prioritize their wellbeing in the midst of these uncertain times we're all living in. It will also equip individuals with actionable tools for self-care and restoration.
