Let Go of the Control Freak:
      Lead Your Business
      Without Burning Yourself Out
      with Abigail Stason

Entrepreneurs are told to take charge, stay on top of everything, and never let anything slip. But the reality of running a business is constant uncertainty—clients change, markets shift, and not everything can be controlled. When we respond by gripping tighter, we exhaust ourselves and limit our effectiveness. In this talk, Abigail Stason explores why our brains react so strongly to uncertainty and how women entrepreneurs can lead their businesses with more clarity, steadiness, and confidence—without trying to manage every variable.

      Participants will learn:

      • Why uncertainty triggers the urge to control everything — and how it quietly drains energy and creativity
      • How to lead your business with clarity instead of constant tension
      • Practical ways to stay grounded and make strong decisions when things feel unpredictable
