To continue our great networking opportunities over the summer, we’re having a WESO Summer Networking Event (and PICNIC) in July. Make new contacts for your business plus have fun and food.
Family members and friends are welcome. A playground is available and your kids are welcome!
BUSINESS, food and friends! This annual WESO event is similar to a mixer with networking.
When: Thursday, July 12th, 2018
5:30 p.m. until ??
Where: Holmes Park, 264 S. Modoc Ave, Medford. We'll have a covered area with picnic tables.
Menu: You can bring your own picnic or order a Pita Pit sandwich, chips and cookie combo.
Four choices:
GYRO: Seasoned Strips of Lamb & Beef, Spinach,cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives,Feta, Tzatziki sauce
BAJA CHICKEN BACON RANCH: Chicken, Bacon, Grilled Onions, Avocado, Romaine, Cilantro, Pepper Jack, Jalapeño Ranch
PHILLY: Steak, Melted Provolone, Grilled Onions, Mushrooms & Green Peppers,
Iceberg Lettuce, Ancho Chipotle Sauce, Salt & Pepper
BOOM BOOM BLACK BEAN (vegetarian): Black Bean Patty, Grilled Onions, Melted Cheddar, Romaine, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Green Peppers, Boom Boom Sauce, Mojito Lime Seasoning .
Cost: $9 per person if you order a pita sandwich combo. Open to members and guests and the price is the same. If you plan to attend, register and pay online.
Or, you can bring your own picnic and there's no charge. Please register for this, however, in case of weather cancellation or other information we need to send you.
Bottled water will be provided but feel free to bring your own drinks (non-alcoholic due to park rules).
Make a reservation online with payment or call in your attendance reservation to Danielle Rose at 541-541-531-4249. (Also, contact Danielle if you have cancellations or other questions about registration.) Please submit your reservation request (online payment or phone) by 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9th. Cancellations must be received by that date or you will be responsible for payment of the uncancelled event.
