How does one achieve success in business in today's uncertain economic climate? Is there a recipe of ingredients that will lead you to a more profitable outcome? The answer to that last question is a resounding Yes!

This presentation is for those considering starting a business, those currently in business, and those who wish to buy or sell a business. It will be an interactive session where one may bring their questions and concerns.

Gary has successfully grown, managed, and owned four businesses in a span of over 25 years. His latest, Beardsley's Natural Foods, was sold in 2006 after 19 years in the Rogue Valley and continues to flourish as Oregon Artisan Foods. Gary has a B.S. degree in Economics and has lived in the Rogue Valley since 1988. He is presently a Business Counselor and co-facilitator for Thrive's Enterprise Development Program which began in 2008. He also maintains a private Business Counseling practice in Ashland.
