Embracing Resilience Into 2021

PROGRAM DETAILS

2020 has been one rollercoaster of a ride and the holidays are sure to be no different! To end the year on a high note, we decided not to bring you another typical program, but instead offer a panel discussion with some amazing female entrepreneurs for our December 10th program.

“Embracing Resilience Into 2021” will touch on some of the fatigue we’ve all experienced while helping us reconnect with and reestablish our resilience to walk willingly into the New Year.

If there’s one thing we know, it’s that a community of women is stronger together! Please come join our panelists as they offer some insight, anecdotes and support. WESO wants you to thrive and not just cope so we will also be incorporating some grounding exercises to center you and bring you to a place of peace.

Our panel will be moderated by none other than the brilliant Danielle Seay, owner of GSD Professional Services.

PANELISTS

Amy Hughey, "The Self-Love Mama"

Amy is a stay-at-home working mom of twin toddlers! While struggling with post-partum depression, she got inspired to create her flagship small business called THESELFLOVEMAMAXOXO. Amy crafted more than just an ecommerce shop--she built a community. A community for women to come to and embrace all that they are albeit through fashion, self-love, or even normal working mom struggles. She embodies confidence and love through her social media where she has garnered a following and grows daily. Her messages of empowerment and grace inspire both young and old!

Sarah Rochelle, "Nurse Coaching and Modern Beauty Babe"

Sarah is a wellness advocate, nurse and beauty consultant! She's created a group for busy women who need to save precious time in their lives, but are still interested in keeping up with their wellness and skincare routines. Her mantra is confidence and organization. As a mom to boys, she knows all too well how easily life can get bogged down and that we often forget to take time out to care for ourselves.

More recently she's taken on a new role. She is "Nurse Coaching" and is able to coach people with theories and practices that build upon her skills as a nurse. In turn, this helps guide others to long lasting results for any area of their life!

Sarah's main goal is to create more confident and powerful women through as many platforms as possible.

Ashlan Warsteane, "The Life Solutionist"

In her early years working as a counselor serving vulnerable families and children, Ashlan regularly experienced frustration at the tendency of the therapy model to focus on the problem, rather than the solution. She found that rehashing the past will only get you so far. In order to move forward, you’ve got to look ahead. As a relationship coach, she customizes her services to meet the needs of each individual client. The people she works with are motivated to learn new behaviors. She helps find creative solutions that lead to a happier, more fulfilled life.

With over ten years of helping people from all walks of life to create more meaningful lives, she's found one thing to be profoundly true:

"In order to serve others well, I’ve got to do my own work first."

When she's not helping facilitate transformation in others, Ashlan can be found outside in nature, connecting with the universe. She travels internationally often and is involved in a number of community organizations that nourish her soul and fuel her passion to be the best person possible. She understands the importance of her own education for her own well-being and integrity for her business which is why she is often doing both personal and professional trainings around the country.
