Through Your Customer’s Eyes: Creating a Better Customer Experience

For over 20 years, WESO has offered our Success Circle, a FREE peer mentoring discussion group, to both members and non-members. The informal meetings include open discussion, sharing knowledge and experiences, and uniting our talents for problem solving and idea generation.

These small group meetings are open to ALL, regardless of gender, and you do not need to be a WESO member to attend.

What is it really like to do business with you? This month at Success Circle, we’ll look at your business from your customer’s perspective, from first contact through follow-up. Through discussion and activities, we’ll identify what’s working, where customers may experience confusion or frustration, and simple ways to improve their experience. You’ll leave with practical ideas to make doing business with you easier and more enjoyable.

When? Thursday, October 15, 1:00-2:30 PM

Lunch or Coffee Break? You're welcome to bring something to nibble or sip on while we discuss.

While this meeting is FREE, we do ask that you register online so we know how many people to expect and in case we need to notify you of scheduling/venue changes.
